The chlorogenic acid in green coffee extract may interfere with some diabetic medications. Please check with your doctor!

Will it affect my birth control pills?

It shouldn't. We couldn't find any studies to indicate that it interferes or interacts with oral contraceptives in any manner, and that is not listed as a potential concern on authoritative sites like WebMD.
However other ingredients in a particular supplement, such as raspberry ketone (which suppresses androgen), can potentially have an effect on your hormonal balance and may be incompatible with some types of birth control. If you have any concerns at all, ask your physician.
