How safe is this supplement?
Unless you are allergic to coffee or caffeine, it is a very safe supplement. However most green coffee supplements contain some caffeine. If you need to avoid caffeine due to a medication you are taking or some other health condition,gcbe is probably not the bestchoice for you. Ask your doctor.
Does green coffee bean extract have any side effects?
If you are sensitive to caffeine, you may experience the same mild side effects as you would from drinking a cup of caffeinated coffee or tea.

The chlorogenic acid in green coffee extract may interfere with some diabetic medications. Please check with your doctor!
Will it affect my birth control pills?
It shouldn't. We couldn't find any studies to indicate that it interferes or interacts with oral contraceptives in any manner, and that is not listed as a potential concern on authoritative sites like WebMD.
However other ingredients in a particular supplement, such as raspberry ketone (which suppresses androgen), can potentially have an effect on your hormonal balance and may be incompatible with some types of birth control. If you have any concerns at all, ask your physician.
Is it OK to take it if I work out?
